    The family bereavement plan used by Vospers Funeral Home is the only one in New Zealand endorsed by the Funeral Directors' Association of New Zealand.

    Pre-paid funerals are currently excluded from Government asset testing for long-term residential care, so the amount you pay towards the funeral plan does not get assessed as part of your total assets.

    You pay for the funeral now, at today's prices, and the interest gained on your advance payment reduces the eroding effect of inflation.

    You make the choices - the music, the readings, the venue and so on - and we will record these so that your wishes are known when the time comes.

However, you are able to change any of these arrangements at a later date if you wish. If the funeral is to be in another town, we can arrange for your instructions to be transferred.
